30th Anniversary of the Independent Living Center of the North Shore and Cape Ann, Inc.

Service and advocacy for another 30 years beginning with a celebration on Thursday, April 27, 2017. ILCNSCA serves those of all ages with all types of disabilities and seniors to live as independently as they choose and to participate in community life in the North Shore and Cape Ann. Hope to see you on April 27, 2017, at the Kernwood Country Club from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Suggested donation for tickets is $30 per person, more if you can, less if you cannot. Massachusetts Annual Independent Living Education Day

2017 Priorities: Align MA AAB regulations with the ADA, support Independent Living Centers, increase funding for AHVP Vouchers, access to Health Care

10:30 AM. Attendees will need to arrange their own transportation to the State House.

*Note: For MBTA ‘The RIDE’ users, we recommend drop off and pick up at the Capitol Coffee House at 122 Bowdoin Street in Boston, which is directly across the street from the accessible State House entrance.

A bagged lunch will be provided to all participants. This event is supported by the SILC Public Education & Information Committee, Massachusetts 11 Independent Living Centers, MRC State Rehab Council, & Disability Policy Consortium.
