2012 Calendar Raffle
Support ILCNSCA by purchasing a calendar raffle! We have received a variety of gift certificates from North Shore and Cape Ann businesses. We have assigned each item a day in July and will be pulling purchased calendar raffle slips for each item. You can download the calendar below, fill out the bottom of the Front, and send in one slip with a check made out to ILCNSCA, and drop them off at ILCNSCA, 27 Congress Street, suite 107, Salem, MA or mail to that address. Or you can use the form to the right to enter. We are selling the calendar raffle at suggested donation of one for $5.00 and three for $10.00. All slips and checks must be received at ILCNSCA by June 26, 2012. Winners will be notified via telephone, email and USPS in late June/early July. We will use the proceeds to support our social/recreation activities. Please thank all who donated to this annual fundraising event when you frequent their businesses!
