The ILCNSCA is the North Shore and Cape Ann service and advocacy agency for all persons with disabilities and now is a local access point to assist you with obtaining information and application to this new loan program. The ATLP is an option for people who may have difficulty with a traditional loan for Assistive Technology equipment and supports. Jason Luciano from the ATLP (Easter Seals) will share with you information on this newly funded loan program at this special information session.
